Our Services Include

Wellness exams, vaccines & physicals

Well-child visits, required school-entry vaccines, and sports physicals — all in one visit.

Same-day sick appointments

Urgent and walk-in care for common illnesses, fevers, infections, and everyday health concerns — for every member of the family.

Dental care

Cleanings and oral hygiene are available at all our dental locations, including our Parson Hills in-school clinic. Additional services — like exams and fillings — are available at our other dental locations.

Behavioral health

Sports medicine

From playground falls to sprains and sports injuries, our sports medicine team assesses, treats, and coordinates care — including X-rays or specialist follow-up when needed.

Back-to-school resources

Arkansas required vaccines by grade level. Make sure your student is covered before the first day.

Kindergarten – 1st Grade

  • DTAP: at least 4 doses, one on or after 4th birthday
  • Polio (IPV): at least 3 doses, one on or after 4th birthday
  • MMR: 2 doses
  • Hepatitis B: 3 doses
  • Hepatitis A: at least 1 dose, on or after 1st birthday
  • Varicella (Chickenpox): 2 doses or documented proof of disease

2nd – 12th Grade

  • DTAP: 4 doses (one on or after 4th birthday); 3 doses if unvaccinated and age 7 or older
  • Polio (IPV): 3 doses, one on or after 4th birthday
  • MMR: 2 doses
  • Hepatitis B: 3 doses
  • Varicella: 2 doses or documented proof of disease
  • Tdap: 1 dose required at age 11
  • Meningococcal: 1 dose at age 11, 2nd dose at age 16 (if 1st dose given after 16, only 1 dose needed)

11-year-old requirements

  • TDAP
  • Meningococcal (1st dose at age 11, 2nd dose at age 16)
