Dr. Payne provides patient-centered family medicine focused on wellness and preventive care. As a physician, he supports patients by providing high-quality care when and where it’s needed. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his residency at AHEC – South Arkansas in 2004.
